Check with Mike Westerfield at The Byte Works

are looking for. About the only one that is highly recommended and
hard to get a hold of is _Programming the 65816_ by Eyes and Lichty.
You'll probably have to keep a look out for a used copy. Hell, I
haven't even gotten one yet :( For an alternate development
environment to APW (which is also difficult to get a hold of) and
the ORCA shell (also at Byte Works), I suggest GNO/ME.
