No, it's not PD, it's freeware - there is a BIG difference on this
classification.  And, Mark sent me an email reply saying it was OK with him to
release the DISKQUIK as FREEWARE -> not PD (public domain).  He made certain to
also instruct me to make sure all the authors names, original material and ALL
Copyright info was included with the ShrinkIt archive release of DiskQuik also.

So, as soon as I get the manual, do an OCR and/or scan it - as 256 color GIF
files, I'll make it all available to Ground and the other A2 ftp sites per his
instructions - as freeware in a ShrinkIt archive.
