Reading a PRODOS ZIP disk with a Mac

My Scsi card broke, and I need to read my files from my disk.

It is a 100 Megabyte Zip disk, and I have access to a Macintosh.

I think the ZIP disk is formatted for the IBM, but I am not
sure.

How do I read the disk with the Mac?  I tried it, and the Mac
shows me a screen that gives me the options of FORMAT
(PC format or Mac) or EJECT.

I've read that you need the PC Exchange Control Panel on the Mac.

The Mac I was using has the PC exchange control panel, but I
could'nt see any options that would make a PRODOS disk recognizeable.

Please let me know what I am missing.
