You are missing just one piece of software.

While I was doing tech support for Worldnet I had some customers who
had a ProDOS FST on their Mac. This is what you need. Check your
extensions and extensions disabled folders. If it is not there I would
suggest hunting around for it on the net or your local Mac usergroup.
You may have to update your system software to get it. I can't remember
which version of the system it came with. You may need to contact
someone from Apple to find out.
