I've always wanted to do this, mainly because the Mac II box
has an Apple label on it.  One thing I like about it is that it
already has drive bays capable of taking the type of drives
used by the IIGS.

Can't answer your PS question, but if the case is large enough,
you can always install a Windows PC power supply.  These
have on/off switches.  Or you can buy a Buggie power supply.
