CP/M, Z80 Expander card and Assembly Language Development System

Hello,

I recently got a copy of the Microsoft Assembly Language Development System
from
Ebay and it requires CP/M.  I also have a Z80 Expander card that is a
Microsoft Softcard
clone.  My problem is that I don't have any software or documentation for
the Z80 card.  I can't
find any info about Apple II CP/M.  Does anyone know how to use this card
and where to find
any necessary software?  Thanks.
