I do believe this was just an RGB card for the //e.  Supported
the 80 columns with no extra memory.  I think the dip switches
allowed you to change the text color.

Used to use a //e at a university that had one of those card
in it.  Nice display but it sucked with Appleworks...with the
no extra memory that is.  Don't remember too much as this was
the mid-80's that I played with this.
