KAGA-TAXAN IIe-80 Card

Hello,

I have found an Apple IIe Card called KAGA-TAXAN IIe-80:
It has 60 connection pins (fitting in the expansion slot of an Apple IIe).
It has a 5-pole Diode-connector (like the audio connections between a radio and
a tape machine), 4 dip-switches and a turning switch. If you want, I can also
make a digital photograph of it and send this.
I plugged it into the apple and it worked out 80 columns, but no memory
expansion supported by ProDOS.
Unfortunately, I have neither a manual nor any software for it.
So my question is: Do you know what I can do with it, what it was designed for?
I don't want to sell it, I just want to know if I can use it somehow.

Thanks

Chris
