Need GS/OS tool39 or info on it - please!

Hi Everybody,

I'm working with a few others on a scan GS/OS desktop app.  project for flatbed
scan support and noticed the ref. to tool39 in several areas of the src.

Does anybody have this elusive 'tool39' as a file based tool, if that's how
it's used?

Please help if you can DAL, JM, MD, etc. - with any tech info on tool39 you can
give me some feedback on - i.e. - is it in ROM or what???
