Make sure the file type is IMAGE or BINARY. How to do this will depend on
you ISPs FTP software.
Also, when downloading to your Apple (if you use your Apple to connect to
your ISP) I have found that even though it is slower, I get better results
downloading with KERMIT protocol with seventh bit quoting on. ZMODEM is
faster, but less reliable with my connection.
