Pinouts taken from the Apple IIc Technical Reference Manual.
The input voltage can be from 9V to 20VDC.
It is possible to run the IIc crt from 12 volts also. The internal crt power
supply converts the house ac to 12 volts dc. With the schematic one can plug
12 volts in and have a IIc that will run off your car battery,
