Use a chip-swapping procedure on the analog card and then on the
controller interface card.   Move the chips one at a time, from bad card
to good.

I'd accept the two drives on a 2-for-1 swap:  You get a working Disk II
from me.  Enclose $5 check to cover my shipping cost.  If its a 3-for-1
Disk II swap, then I'd pay my end of the shipping).

The drive I'd send will have all three Bugg-drive enhanced features.
