Re: Asimov pirates AppleWorks 5, kills AppleWorks 5.2/6.0!
Here's a few facts to consider with all this current thread
offers for debate.
(A) Apple Computer, Inc. owns the copyright to AppleWorks.
(B) Appleworks is no longer offered for retail sales from the copyright holder.
(C) ClarisWorks has been renamed 'AppleWorks'
(D) None of the AW or TO's now archived as emulator disk images on Asimov
appear to be available for retail sales from their copyright holders.
I invite anybody to prove any of the above incorrect with any facts to support
such as being incorrect.
Please don't get me wrong - I'm not endorsing or condoning the existing
archives being on Asimov. I'm simply presenting a few facts on the matters
under debate and asking anybody that can prove the above to be incorrect in
content with varifiable facts to prove such incorrect to please do so!
I look forward to ny replies on the matters presented.
Cheers,
Tom
