I have got a vague idea. Until the copyright holder himself intervenes
(and I do strongly believe that only the copyright holder himself has
the right to intervene, not any self-appointed watchdogs), a reputable
A2 personality like Willie Yeo who has already set up a "white list"
of reclassified software may set up a "black list" of copyrighted
software which is still supported (should not be too much :( )

The purpose of such a list would be to make the internet users aware of
"black" piracy on the net and to mark harmful contents on Asimov.
Each user who still cares about the future of the Apple II (and I
believe that these are about 90% ) may then refuse to download this
software until it is permanently removed.

If Willie Yeo is too overworked, I will glady offer a space on my
own humble ftp site for a "black list" of titles. Anybody can send me
a list of copyrighted AND still supported software and I will make
a compendium of these names available on ftp.uni-kl.de (But don't
expect a fancy html interface, I am still up to my ears in work and
I don't have access to a super-graphic web browser yet :)

Think about it, folks!

					Best wishes!
