yes, but this works both ways. your comment is in reference to my
statement that some of Nathan's comments amount to harrassment. -I-
am saying that making accusations that certain people are pirates,
druggies, crooks, etc., then going about and managing to get some
people's internet access restricted IS harrassment. unless there is
some evidence to support such accusations, then the accusations are
NOT to be confused with fact.
okay, some people may have admitted to doing certain things in the
past. HOWEVER, that does not mean that the same person does those
things NOW. i could tell you some of the (stupid) things i've done
when i was younger and not-so-learned (like drinking my paycheck and
still be able to recall everything that happened), all things that i
don't do anymore.... does that mean that i'm STILL a drunk? hardly.
but, by and large, drinking really isn't a crime. accusing a person
of actively doing piracy WITHOUT EVIDENCE is harrassment, no matter
how you slice it.

read through some of Nathan's posts again. granted he's not the only
one that does this crap, but his posts are good examples....

this is EXACTLY why i keep pushing for Nathan to PROVIDE SOME EVIDENCE
to support his accusations!!! since he HAS FAILED TO DO SO, then his
claims should be considered wastes of bandwidth, and completely
disregarded....
