I really don't like adding to these inane and pointless threads but I
just wanted to point out another thing about the US legal system.

Innocent until proven guilty.

No one's statements here prove that anyone is guilty of harrassment,
slander, defamation or anything.

And because of this little quirk of the legal system, it is therefore
up to you to prove that what someone is saying is harrassment, slander
or defamation, etc., not someone's to prove that what s/he is saying
is right.
