Are you sure you're using Netscape 3? Last year in high school, they
installed Netscape 3.0 Gold on the Quadras and I had problems
downloading ShrinkIt archives via HTTP. I didn't have problems
downloading via FTP or Gopher, however. I never had any problems
downloading with version 1.1N or 2.02 of Netscape. The same is true for
Netscape 3.0 for Windows '95 (AHML Library, I'm the AHML Patron who used
to post here) and 3.0 Gold under Windows 3.1 (while at Harper Colledge,
I post via Deja News-used to be MarkWesty).
