   Tip: in a gui browser, you can right click (option-click on
button-deprived systems) and then do 'Save As' to save your own
personal copy of any page. Within lynx, hit 'p' to "print" to a file
on disk. Or, drop by ftp://ftp.visi.com/users/nathan/faqs/ for some
ascii-converted versions, but that loses the nicer formatting of html.
