AppleWorks 3.0: Help!

I have a really important favor to ask.

I have accidentally erased my AppleWorks 3.0 start-up disk (5.25"), so
if there is somebody who could send me a copy, I would *really*
appreciate it.

I have the ability to copy files between my Macintosh and Apple II, so I
can take either an disk image file, or the ProDOS files.  I do not need
all of AppleWorks 3.0, just the start-up disk.

Please help!
