This is some really interesting information!!

There are MANY codes available for Wolf3D if you get stuck

Do a search on the web for Wolfenstein 3D cheat codes.

I passed the entire game without using codes (ok, so I lied.  I used the 
Secret code a few times)

You can:

get all guns

have full ammo

pass to next level

become invincible

Never run out of ammo

get both keys

show secrets on the map.
