The chips are 41256, 150ns or faster and you can find them at
Alltech Electronics, www.allelec.com, but it would be a better idea
to get a new memory card.  By the time you buy all the 41256 chips,
you could have gotten a 2MB to 8MB memory card.  Alltech sells
one that takes 1MB 30 pin SIMMs up to 8MB and Sequential Systems,
www.sequential.com, sells two different cards, one going from 2MB
to 4MB and the other from 4MB to 8MB.
