With my Ramfast RevD ROM 3.00l, the zip drive may occasionally spin
down, but if reaccessed, it clicks a few times (spinning up, I guess)
and the disk is accessed fine. There's already enough problems with the
Apple HS SCSI not providing termination power for zipdisks that I'd be
a lot more wary of them. As usual, the third party solution tends to be
faster and better than the one with the fruity logo.
