There exists a Kermit setup program (I don't remember off-hand what it is
called...), but it allows you to specify the slot, baud rate, and so
forth. That is also where you can select which driver to use. I want to
say it is 'KERMIT.INSTALL' or something like that.
Failing that, you can set many of the parameters (slot, baud rate, printer
slot, data format, stuff like that) through the SET command. As I recall,
Kermit has context-sensitive help, very much like a UNIX routine...if you
type SET then type a question-mark, it will tell you which parameters you
can set. You can also check on the current settings with the SHOW
command; again, I think it is context sensitive, or you can do a SHOW ALL to
get the whole list.
I haven't used Kermit much since I got my IIgs (I now use ANSITerm), but
it is a nice program, and you can't beat the price and availability...
