The old MAC has an IWM chip, the same floppy controller is on the IIc
board and on the UniDisk card. With suitable software, it should be
possible to run a HD20 (not HD20SC) on these systems.

The HD20 will definitely not work with a standard Disk ][ (or DuoDisk)
controller, because it doesn't support the IWM serial interface
protocol.
