It sounds as if you've done almost everything you can. You didn't by any
chance, do any card/drive removal with the power on, did you, at all?
Have you tried rerunning the self-test again to see if it's ok? If by any
chance you did all this hardware manipulation with the power on, you're
prolly SOL :/
