The solution is simple: if it's yours, stop calling it the c.s.a2 FAQ.
Call it whatever you like, but don't pretend it's the newsgroup's FAQ
if you believe it's your private property.

Shouldn't be a problem to extract the 95% actual (non-copyrighted)
facts from your "FAQ" and turn them into the newsgroup's new FAQ.
