    'Telling off' a site administrator may not be the best approach. 
Were the administrator led to peruse csa2 and note the tone, wording, and 
accuracy of some of your recent posts, he or she could, possibly, dismiss 
any abusive complaint without a second thought.

     In any case, you may wish to consider that your interpretation of 
copyright restrictions may be less informed than the analysis of an 
experienced administrator of a major ftp site.

     What a quaint notion! Alas, contributors are just that; they are not 
partners or stock holders. Ground belongs to uiowa.edu; and, indeed, 
uiowa.edu has been a good owner.

     Ground's administators do excellent work in maintaining a very 
large, very rich, constantly expanding collection of Apple II software 
and information which is open to all users. New owners, teachers, 
students, game players, programmers, experimenters, writers, composers, 
and many others access Ground on a regular basis. Apple II users can be 
proud that this fine resource is theirs.
