Yeah, I used my Zip as my startup drive ... can be painfully
slower then the normal harddisk, painfully, but surely.

It needs a termination power from the SCSI chain. Only RAMFast
SCSI seems to have this. Modification had been done on the Apple High
Speed SCSI to allow termination power supplying to a Zip drive.
I haven't heard if you can use a CMS SCSI card or Apple SCSI Card
to run the Zip drive before.

What do you plan to use ? TCP/IP is out of the question, since
GS/TCP with GNO/ME is still not released. And GS doesn't have IPX/SPX. You
might be able to use AppleTalk, but printer drivers ?
