Yes there is. The browser is an addon to the Spectrum terminal
program. It is called the Spectrum Internet Suite (SIS for short).
You will need 2MB or more (4MB to 8MB is better) of memory and
a fast modem to run it. A hard drive is recommended and a faster
processor (Zip GS or TWGS) helps.
