The problem is finding this in a ribbon cable form, which isn't very common.  
When I put my GS in it's new case, a guy at Alltech was going to make the 
cable for me, but he was waiting for parts and never got back to me.  (His 
name was Ray)  So, I'm currently using an external cable inside.  Sloppy, but 
it works.  If anybody finds a place that can make internal Rev.D cables, 
announce it here!  I still need one!
