That wasn't what Nathan said.  He said that GS/OS has less of a builtin
shell than Windows, i.e. GS/OS itself has nothing resembling the DOS
command line.  You need add-on software (e.g. ORCA/Shell, GNO/ME or
several others) to get a command line.
