Full-View 80 Help

Hi,

I just bought a Full-View 80 80 column/lowercase card for the ][+ and
I'm having a hard time to get it to work. The "manual" does not specify
how to hook it up. I inserted it into slot 3 and connected the mail
video cable off the card to the video out and the female cable to my
monitor. I get 40 columns and when I type pr#3 I lose video. Also, the
lowercase does not seem to work. I realize that these systems were not
plug'n'pray so I am looking for help. Thanks.
