File transfers

Hi,
	I was wondering if anyone knows of a program that's similar to
Apple Disk Transfer that would allow me to transfer disk images (or
regular files) via a cable between the printer port on my 2c and the
printer port on my PC.  I have a cable that is the correct shape to go
between the two (I think it's just a printer cable, actually) but I
don't know if something like that would work or not.  I've tried ADT
w/ a null modem cable and a Macintosh, but I can't get that working
either.  Any tips at all would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance :).

P.S.  I don't have a decent comm program for my Apple.  The closest
thing I have to a comm program is something called "The Electric
Connection Demo" (although I don't think it's actually a demo).  As a
last resort I'll probably buy the communications disk mentioned in the
FAQ, but only if nothing else works.
