I understand that 1-800-SOS-APPl offers free hardware troubleshooting
for the entire Apple II line of computers. After a bad experience with
a novice rep who obviously didn't know anything about the Apple II, I
am curious to find out how useful the number is for you - are the
technical reps actually trained on how to use the Apple II? Also, what
kind of hold times do you get when you call?
