Imagewriter II driver for Mac?

I've been using an Imagewriter II for about 6 months now with my
Macintosh, but have been less than thrilled with the performance (for
obvious reasons). It just occured to me that the driver I'm using was
designed for an Imagewriter, not an imagewriter II -- Is there an
Imagewriter II specific driver? 

It would make me very happy to be able to get 144 dpi instead of my
current 72, also I'd love to be able to print in even the limited color
the imagewriter II allows for.
