Yes.  The Apple II's video output is NTSC video which you should be able
to plug into any RCA video-in jack on a so equipped TV.  If your TV does
not have RCA video-in jacks, (most older TV's didn't, almost all TV's
sold today do) you can plug the Apple II into the video-in jack of a VCR
which would in turn be connected to a TV.
