I would advise you to forget this matter, now that the site has been closed.
My opinion is: Who wants an original gets an original and who wants a copy
(perhaps to try the game first) gets a copy. I also think that most former gs
users are adults now and they know that only >paid< software will support the
Apple II! All the orders which you have got are a proof for this theory.

I do think that new software shouldn't be offered in the Net, too (at least
not without an attached message about the legal status). If Dr. Tom reads
this post, I would advise him to stop offering new software in the Net.

We should not forget all the good deeds which Dr. Tom has done, like the AOL
transfer or the Medley release. But his greatest deed is that he is always
friendly to newbies and encourages them to develop new gs software, unlike
the former programmers elite which frequently insults and scares new users
(perhaps to turn them away from the IIgs).

I really want that 'good' Dr. Tom. But I don't want the evil Dr. Tom who
feels free to pirate products which are still supported, who hates and
never forgives, who writes flames and bugs programmers.

If you read this, Dr. Tom, please think about it if you really want to
do some good work for the A2 community. :-)
