With respect to the following post content, it's imperative that I get the
records straight on the TRUTH as Mr. Kohn professes it! It's so very clear
now to
me that he has reached his limits with vindictive tricks against me of the
grandest level.

I Charles T. Turley, clearly state for all the public to read: I hope you
(Joe
Kohn) do institute legal proceedings over this.  Then the TRUTH can be
revealed
for all to read from the legal records of such proceedings. Every single
detail
of every email between you and I, every telcon content and comment in
their
entirity and everything else can be revealed in crystal clear detail for
the
public record. Then everybody can review everything presented and make
their own
conclusions. I think the time is ripe to make it all public now!

I Charles T. Turley, clearly state for all the public to read, this is
incorrect,
misinformation, out of context and grossly exagerated, in all respects -
as is
usually the case with Mr. Kohn, concerning anything related to me, for
public
post and review! I have an exact copy of this so called "obscenity-filled
venomous e-mail to Brutal Deluxe" as Joe Kohn calls it. My email has
nothing too
do with the issues of piracy declarations leveled against me personally by
Mr.
Kohn. Any person so wishing will be given an exact copy of this email for
them to
review in FULL CONTEXT! Then they can draw there own conclusions from the
complete email content.

Joe Kohn has one passionate obsession now in life and that's to see me
destroyed,
totally (by any means neccessary) have my web sites taken offline or what
he's
said would really thrill him more than anything (by voice conversations to
me by
telephone, filled with threats and his own special brand of vulgar
obsenities -
on so many occasions) is to see me dead!  These issues and everything
related to
them need to be brought up via legal proceedings for public record and
public
review. He's promissed to destroy me on many occasions and seems to have
done a
fair job of that to date!

indeed my
exact words from the email to Brutal Deluxe. But, I do not consider them
to be
threatening email in any respect.  Again I have the email and will gladly
furnish
an exact copy for anybody that wishes a copy for their review and
interpretation.
