PART 3 - final part continued!

(C) Given all the facts with these matters, it's clear to me, that
somebody
gained access to my computer in my home, in my absence, secured my acct.
logon
name and password for the wco.com acct. and then on February 2, 1997 and
used
the acct. for wco.com to upload the software and archived mentioned above.
I
didn't lock my home up. Nor did I secure my computer or wco.com acct. from
use by
anybody that may have entered my home to have done such. This action could
have 
been done either from my home or by remote logon using my logon name and
password,
as obtained, by anybody. I have no way of accurately varifying either
possibility at this
point, with the investigation efforts. 

(D) I've had many, many annoying telephone calls over the past 2 months
time, at
all hours of the day and night. Every time I answered the telephone the
person will
simply hang up without saying anything. I believe this is somebody in my
local
area, that is checking to see when I'm hear or gone, so that they can
determine a
safe time to come into my home or by remote logon, without being noticed
or caught, use my computer and/or wco.com acct. for such activities.

These matters are now all under both private criminal investigation and
any facts obtained will be presented in any legal proceedings instituted.
Mr Joe Kohn has the
option of taking me to small claims court and instituting a civil law suit
for damages
up to a maximum of $5000 (if I'm correct with the amount). I hope Mr. Kohn
does
institute such legal proceedings, so that all the facts over the past few
years
regarding him and I can be brought out into the public record for all to
read and
review.

My home is now secure and under constant watch for any such future
unauthorized
entry and/or access to computer equipment usage so contained within my
home. I have 
the entire web sites contents secured and backed up also. I will locate
another
ISP, as promptly as possible and advise all of the URL's for access, when
the web 
sites are online again.
