PowerCD CD-ROM Drive Info

I am looking for any/all information related to the Apple PowerCD CD-ROM
Drive.  I have already been to the Apple Tech Info site.  Specifically,
I would like pin diagrams of the connectors. On my new (used) drive,
pin 24 is missing on the DB-25 connector.  Is this normal?  Also, I
would like the diagram for the sub-mini DIN 8 connecor with a monitor
icon.  How is this device used with a TV/monitor directly?  Finally,
there is a window for a remote.  How does it work?  Can anyone send me
a GIF picture of the remote so I know what I'm looking for?  Will a
universial remote work?  What brand code should I use?  One last thing--
has anyone used this drive on an Apple IIgs?  What drivers should I use?
