There is at least one more option: a shareware program called
"Chameleon", which can copy files betwen CP/M and ProDOS disks (as well
as DOS 3.3 and Pascal).  Chameleon runs under ProDOS, so all you need is
an Apple II running ProDOS with a 5.25" drive, a copy of Chameleon, and
a serial port with communication software to transfer the file to a PC.
