You're right. As I read somewhere else in this thread, I do not consider
myself an *elite* programmer (and never will -- besides I never did  write
something really useful for the Apple ][ series) and I "have not lost the

the time when I was a student and hobby-hacker". Merlin Pro is a
commercial software and what you're doing is nothing but piracy -- even if
you're more like Robin Hood than Black Beard.
