Actually, this is patently false... While it is true that my server did
crash while I was on break, it was my mailing list program that crashed it,
and that's because it was beta software... :) It's certainly not a
reflection on MacOS boxes in general, because my particular MacOS box is on
the bleeding edge of the technology (lots of beta software, etc...) - more
"stable" configurations exist, and do perfectly well as servers...
In any case, the ftp server is back up now, and hopefully will remain so
for awhile... :)
