A Straight Through DB-15 Should work, I have one spare I'd let you have
for $5.00 + Shipping if you can't find one...

I have sold all of my spares, they are worth about $35.00 (US$), Another
Customer of mine is looking for one right now (check out Jim Noyes
ad), you want the same one.  

Folks if anyone can help these gentelmen out they are looking for the
Applied Engineering RGB Card for Ramworks III for the Apple IIe, or the
Digital Prism RGB Card for the Ramworks III.  Please note that these are
not the ColorLink Cards that support different monitors.
