Caution that disk is a special a][ - CP/M format.
With it 
  and a comm program (with Kermit)
  and a serial cable
  and a CP/M machine
    you could transfer CP/M programs.

Also CP/M is old there still might be copyrights on SW.

There was also some A][ program that could read/transfer between
A][, Pascal UCSD and A][-CP/M disk format.
