Using Custom Icons (was Re: Util to put icon files into a file's

In the Icon file, you've got to make sure that your custom icons come before
your generic ones (if you have generic ones in the file, that is). I had this
problem for a week (my GIF icons were being cancelled out by my generic PNT
icons) until I figured out what I was doing.
