     It's the copy potection.  The copy protection on David's Midnight
Magic doesn't like the IIe,IIc,IIc+,IIgs <ROM 01 or ROM 3>.  But if you
take off the copy protection it should run okay.  Aleast that's what I had
to do get me version to work on my IIgs.  <BTW: I do have an orginal
disk>.
