I had a similar problem.

When I asked the guy who sold me my Apple II, he said to:

	Remove the cap off the problem key.
	Add a drop or two of rubbing alcohol onto the key.
	Press the key like crazy.
	Wait until halfway into the or the next day.

And it should work.

Be careful about this idea though. (A little alcohol and a lot of 
patience is required.)
