We are talking about a old 68k Mac running OS 7.6.1, not a PPC Mac or
intel Mac running OS X, ciderpress for Mac requires OS X (Thats a bit
of a tall order for a 68k).
I did find out why the .sdk files wasn't working in GSOS though. all
it took was a program called Prodosifier to fix most .sdk file type.
i was able to download Revenge Of The Bobs in sdk form, put it on the
disk and used ProDosifier to fix its file type. and used shrinkit in
GSOS to make a disk.
But that don't help me with .2mg files. Even if i was to convert the
image using ciderpress to a diskcopy 4.2 file, i still have to
compress it to keep it from getting corrupt when i upload it to a
http file host.
I use a http file host so that i can download it with the Performa
475. I have tried many times and the file (if i don't compress it) is
unusable. when i do use winzip to compress it i have no way on the 68k
Mac to unzip the file. like i said maybe its because the version of
winzip i use on my PC is too new for the Mac to unzip (using stuffit
expander, or Maczip) and tried winrar with macrar and it would not
detect it as a rar file.
