    It couldn't be more simple. You merely extract the old DRAM chips
found at the top right corner (location U19 and U20) and replace them 
with a pair of 1MBx4 DRAM chips. There are _no_ DIP switches or jumpers 
to move, and all Revision D boards are capable of using this amount of 
cache.  The only catch is these chips are a tad pricey (US$30 for the 
pair) and are difficult to purchase new these days.
